It was great standing next to this giant of the MMA and UFC scene, he is far to big in statue for me to make a comeback. He told me that Muay Thai and the Thai training helped improve his striking strategy. Many of you know he is a great ambassador for Muay Thai and sadly there are not too many giant sized Thais about and about in the martial arts world to 'weight in' against Wanderlei Silva.

This day highlighted to me that Muay Thai is a a dominate striking art very useful in MMA.
