Arjan Sean Dooney

Posted by Daz of Simingdam

Two Real UK Muay Thai Masters, Arjan Sean Dooney & Arjan Ronnie Green.

Although we may be privileged to be part of Arjan Ronnie Greens Team, we hope we have earnt your respect and also earnt the right to be part of anything to do with Ronnie Green.

We don't 'need' to work for Ronnie or any other martial arts organisations, but we do want to! And we 'need to spread' the possitive aspects of our sport and martial art.  Federations come and go but people of resolve always stay.

This whole site is a tribute to Thailand from Arjan Ronnie Green.  Ronnie and myself have planned long and hard, we are not an official martial arts federation or associastion, we are a team.  A team of individuals who's passions are, fun, life, martial artists and going about our journey.  We have very high standards excellent references and don't suffer fools.

Being a team means that we can offer you impartial help and advice around the topic of martial arts.  We don't even care if you ignore our advice....There are no bad students only bad teachers.  All of the Simingdam Team have had some of the best and greatest and most feared instructors the world has ever produced.  This is documented on Ronniegreentv.  Hence we are a team!  We are here because we earnt the respect of our teachers.  Now we need your respect as martial arts students. You must plan your journey, plan your training.

We approached Arjan Sean Dooney regarding joining our team and like all good people he was suspisious and asked WHY!

Why indeed would we try to set up a martial arts team with a focus on Thailand, without one of UK's best and most experinced Muay Thai teachers.  Sean is now a Master (Arjan), but that is not why he is in the TEAM.  Sean is a team player, his experience astounds even some of the Great Grand Masters of Thailand.  Master Sean's own Karate teacher, 'Eddie Byrne' now trains under Master Sean.  Master Bob from Thailand taught Sean Traditional Thai Weapons, Master Bob taught and learnt real weapons training during real combat.  Again Aarjan Sean is a 'true reflection' of the spirit of all true and honest martial artists.  We are not about the fight.

Yes we can fight, that is unimportant.  What is important? Can we teach you?  With people like Sean in our team this is guaranteed!  I hope that this answers WHY?  With the right people we all grow strong and proud.  Sean is my friend and my teacher, that makes me feel proud.  This is also 'my' journey.  Now join us and make this YOUR JOURNEY!!!

I met Sean when the now failed IAMTF was first started many moons ago, well before it became the EMF.  After watching Seans fighters and his ways, I was impressed.  I became a big fan of Sean's fighters like Gary Macallister and the late Lee Smith. I followed them up and down the country.

They all won the right to fight in Thailand.  Lee Smith (bottom left)

Arjan Sean Thanks for your support and allowing me on your journey.......Kru Daz

Hi Darren, I met you in Leeds earlier this year, and again today when you came to Sean's camp to hold your 1st seminar together for us. Really enjoyed today and hope for more of these seminars to happen, I think the site is great and good reading on experiences of you all, enjoy learning and training with Master Sean and his son Sean, and to continue with yourself as well, take care.
