Buakaw V Xu Yan

Another great find by StackMo1

Try to pay attention to, that after Buakaw hits him in the groin, he gets pissed off and wildly attacks Buakaw, something never to do, you will run out of energy before you get Buakaw.

You let anger lead your way and the opponent, when controlling self, will lead your way! "What goes around, comes around", you try to force your way through and you will find yourself beeing whipped - as you run out of energy, therefore the buddistway of no-self practise is so integrated into muay thai, muay thai and buddisme is like yin/yang. follow the opponent, find out where and when to attack, let him run himself out of energy and then just finishing him off, or letting himself finishing himself off, kind of like tai chi'.

Buakaw, continously compressing power within, like the chi' in chinese; riding on letting it build up, let go but never let go of IT, as he is able to forwardly direct it in(-to) the fighting situation - amazing!

To go forward from here or learn this, one can improve ones perception and understanding of how the body works, dynamical anatomy - not (really) like physiology as known in the west, which is often static anatomy beeing applied intellectual concepsationing unto - it is not the same - mine (dynamical anatomy) has feeling in it, physiology/the latter has thinking in it. Thinking is what happens only after the heart has felt/reacted/responded to feelings. First one feels, then one starts thinking what to do, therefore one needs to practise for long hours, train not to think but instantly considerate react or respond to stimuli; thinking is allways later in the process, both in time and space(distance), making it less intuitive and subject to great failure and slower and more energy-consuming responding/-ance. Look again at buddisme, meditation is about letting nothing obscure the clarity of mindfullness, beeing fully aware of sensationing and correctly (considerately) responding to sensationing, in order to stay free of unnessesary thinking (uses energy and time, making one slow and weak), and of thoughts (thoughts are dead/past thinking, not living thinking) and thereby affected wrongly behaviour. How great it can be to be free of unnessary thinking and instead be fully aware!

Many has tried this especially after training, where bodyawareness has been provoked into beeing at a higher degree than normally. Consiously developing mind into so beeing at any given time, can make one experience the bliss normally only been developed after lengthly training hours. It is blissfull, effective development of human fighting abilities and great development of the indiviual.

This is where I am occupied, should anybody be interested in getting any advise.
