A real coffee table read. Every Hotel and reception should have a copy of Randy Couture's 'The Last Round'
Kash and Ronnie Green at Combat Hall of Fame 2011
Kash The Flash
Kash the Flash fighting a Thai I met Kash at Howard Brown’s class as one of his students. Howard was saying what an up and coming super star he saw in this young tall lad. 6’ 3” Thomas Hearns type of fighter who had a big heart. Speed plays a big part, that’s why Flash was put into his fighting name. Kash the Flash his fighting fans knew him as, they knew they were going to see a war, just like boxing has its greatest fights, Kash as been in a few!
The one that stands out the most for me was the fight against Humphrey Harrison, it was a 3 round WAR just like Hagler and Hearns 3rd war. As Hearns lost, so did Kash. But this was one of the fights that makes our sport the best and so great. Coming to train at Master Toddy’s with us Kash came from full contact Karate rules to leg kicks and then Thai Boxing.
On aside note. Kash has wrote a book. At the hall of fame Kash was invited on stage. I think I am going to find and get his book. Kash was on stage for about 20 minutes and it should have only been a few seconds. There were over 500 of us and for 20 minutes we all never stopped laughing with Kash, he is so funny in real life. His book is going to be a scream.
Kash my friend, well done. Ronnie Green
