Newaza, ground grappling techniques in Judo.

Great video for modern MMA artists to learn to understand the art of Judo, again in competition the rules change from sport to sport. Olympic Judo may be not MMA or UFC, this is due to the fact that many athletes have died in Judo over the years, so the rules had to change. BJJ is made from Judo with a bit of Brazilian spice and a bit of Gracie's flavour... The Japanese had it all first, so hes a great place to learn how to not kill someone. Do you want to train in sport or in life?
